SHIPPING POLICY
LumberJill Apparel offers multiple shipping options to get your orders to your door on time, and safely.
Shipping options are listed below. If you want to upgrade package speed, please select an alternate method at checkout.
LumberJill Apparel aims to ship your order within 3-7 business days of ordering. However, during busy time it may be longer. If you have selected faster shipping, your order will be shipped 1-3 days.
All Canada Post shipping options come with insurance and tracking. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. In the event you don't receive an email with tracking, please check your spam folder.

Please note that the shipping times are estimates and not delivery guarantees. Your shipping location may impact the delivery dates. If you would like a more accurate shipping time quote based on your location, please contact LumberJill Apparel at lumberjillapparel@gmail.com
Presale Items
If an item is listed as presale your entire package will ship as per the approximate presale ship date indicated on the product page regardless of which shipping service is chosen at checkout. Please place your orders separately if you require non-presale items to arrive ahead of the presale item.
International Shipping
For shipments outside of Canada, please contact us at lumberjillapparel@gmail.com for shipping rates.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are confident that once you feel and experience your LumberJill Apparel items, you will not look back.
If you find a defect in the product, please contact us at lumberjillapparel@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your product and we will gladly help resolve the issue.
If you wish to return or exchange, the item must be shipped back to us within10 business days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Return postage will need to be paid by the customer with tracking. For exchanges, the shipping rate policy will apply to the new order.
Items purchased during the holidays (from November 1 - December 31), qualify for an extended return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed by January 31.
