We will do our very best to get your items to you as quickly as possible! In stock items will ship within 3-7 business days of the order being placed. Presale items will usually ship within 3-6 weeks. For presale items the ship time will be indicated on the product description

Yes! Absolutely. Please select the “I am local; I can pick up!” at checkout. We will contact you via email when your item is ready for pick up. Pick-up location is at Simone & Ivy at #20, 580 St. Albert Trail, St. Albert, AB T8N 6M9, Canada. Click here for directions.

While we cannot guarantee that your product can be shipped faster than normal, we will do our very best to accommodate your quick shipping/pick-up needs. All Canadian orders are $10 flat rate free for shipping, free if your order is over $199. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for a detailed list of our shipping options and costs.

Payment is processed at time of check-out. You can use credit card or PayPal.

Maligne Coat: Machine wash gentle cycle cold water. Hang to dry. DO NOT put your Maligne coat in the dryer - it will shrink! Rundle Wrap: This item is machine washable. Wash in warm/cold water, tumble dry. Blanket Scarves, Beanies, Grotto Sweatshirts & Nakiska Shackets: Machine wash gentle cycle, cold water. Hang to dry.

We have sourced the highest quality flannel and fleece we could find (and we tried and tested A LOT of fabrics!). Our flannel is 100% cotton and fleece is 70% Polyester and 30% recycled polyester.

We are confident that once you feel and experience your LumberJill Apparel items, you will not look back. If you find a defect in the product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your product and we will gladly help resolve the issue. If you wish to return or exchange, the item must be shipped back to us within10 business days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition. Return postage will need to be paid by the customer with tracking. For exchanges, the regular shipping policy will apply to ship the new order. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Yes. If you buy an item during a presale and it doesn't work for you, you can return the item. If there is a size issue, we can't guarantee we can do an exchange as with presales we usually have a limited number in stock. The same Return Policy applies: please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your product and we will gladly help resolve the issue. If you wish to return the item, it must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition. Return postage will need to be paid by the customer with tracking. For exchanges, the regular shipping policy will apply to ship the new order.

At this time we do not accept custom orders.

We are very true to size at LumberJill Apparel and feel confident if you select your regular size, your item will fit great. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up. Please refer to our sizing charts for more information. Note that some garment measurements are body measurements and some are actual garment measurements taken while the item is laid flat.
