We will do our very best to get your items to you as quickly as possible! In stock items will be at your doorstep within 4-17 business days with Flat Rate shipping. Presale items will usually ship within 3-6 weeks. For presale items the ship time will be indicated on the product description.Refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
While we cannot guarantee that your product can be shipped faster than normal, we will do our very best to accommodate your quick shipping/pick-up needs by offering various shipping options. Your WELCOME10 and LJASMS10 discount codes are valid on most regular-priced items, but there are a few exceptions.Your code won't apply if:The item is already on sale or discounted.The item is part of a bundle or value set.The item is a specialty or limited-edition box (such as the LJA Very Local Advent Box).You're trying to combine it with another offer or discount, including Loyalty Rewards.You already used the code on a previous order

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for $15 on orders under $200, and free shipping on orders over $200 (before taxes and after discounts).Customers may also choose upgraded shipping options at checkout, including package protection and express shipping, with rates calculated based on the selected service and destination.Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.Check out our Shipping Policy for more information.
Most LumberJill garments are best cared for by washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging to dry. This helps preserve the fit, fabric, and longevity of your garment.Our Rundle Wraps, Muskoka Towel Wraps, and Muskoka Hair Towels are pre-shrunk and may be machine washed and tumble dried.Please note that garments containing cotton or other natural fibres (such as the Maligne Coat) should not be put in the dryer, as shrinkage may occur.When in doubt, always refer to the care label sewn into your garment.
We are confident that once you feel and experience your LumberJill Apparel items, you will not look back. If you find a defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will gladly help resolve the issue. Regular-priced items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns must be authorized by contacting hello@lumberjillapparel.com before sending your item back. A $15 return shipping and restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Due to our small-batch, made-in-Canada production, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colours. If you require a different item, we kindly ask that you place a new order and initiate a return for your original purchase if it meets our Return Policy conditions.If you used an Email Sign-Up Code on your original order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help carry the code over to your new order where applicable.
Yes! Presale items follow the same return policy as our regular-priced items unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.Please note that due to our small-batch, made-in-Canada production, we do not offer exchanges. At this time, we do not offer standard international shipping through our website. If you are located outside of Canada, please reach out to us at hello@lumberjillapparel.com and we would be happy to provide a shipping quote where possible.At present, we have temporarily paused shipping to the United States due to recent tariff changes that have significantly increased the cost and complexity of shipping our Canadian-made goods across the border.We love our U.S. customers and are hopeful this pause is temporary. We look forward to resuming U.S. shipping as soon as it becomes feasible to do so.
We are very true to size at LumberJill Apparel and feel confident if you select your regular size, your item will fit great. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up. Please refer to our sizing charts for more information. Note that some garment measurements are body measurements and some are actual garment measurements taken while the item is laid flat.
