How long will it take my order to ship?
We will do our very best to get your items to you as quickly as possible!
If we have your item is in stock, it will ship within 3-4 weeks of the order being placed.
Presale items will ship 3-4 weeks after the order is placed.
If live in the Edmonton area, can I pick up locally?
Yes! Absolutely. Please select the “I am local; I can pick up!” at checkout. We will contact you when your item is ready to arrange pick up.
Which methods of payment are accepted?
Payment is processed at time of check-out. You can use credit card or PayPal.
I need my order quickly (it’s a gift!)
While we cannot guarantee that your product can be shipped faster than normal, we will do our very best to accommodate your quick shipping/pick-up needs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements with us!
Where does my order ship from?
The beautiful community of St. Albert, Alberta. Products are shipped through Canada Post.
What are the shipping costs?
$10 flat rate. Free shipping on orders of $200 or more.
How do I wash my LumberJill products?
Maligne Coat: Machine wash gentle cycle cold water. Hang to dry. DO NOT put your Maligne coat in the dryer - it will shrink!
Rundle Wrap: This item is machine washable. Wash in warm/cold water, tumble dry.
Blanket Scarves: Machine wash gentle cycle, cold water. Hang to dry.
Beanies: Machine wash gentle cycle, cold water. Hang to dry.
What materials make up my Rundle Wrap?
We have sourced the highest quality flannel and fleece we could find (and we tried and tested A LOT of fabrics!). Our flannel is 100% cotton and fleece is 70% Polyester and 30% recycled polyester.
What is your return policy?
We are confident that once you feel and experience your LumberJill Apparel items, you will not look back.
If you find a defect in the product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your product and we will gladly help resolve the issue.
If you wish to return or exchange, the item must be shipped back to us within10 business days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition. Return postage will need to be paid by the customer with tracking. For exchanges, the regular shipping policy will apply to ship the new order.
Do you take custom orders?
At this time we do not accept custom orders.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
